Will there be a planning fee?
It depends on the trip. Most straightforward hotel, resort, or cruise bookings do not incur a fee. For custom itinerary design, there is a planning fee that covers the first seven nights of travel, with longer trips quoted per request.
If your request falls somewhere in between (more involved than a simple booking, but not quite a custom itinerary design) we’ll provide a clear quote upfront based on the scope. All fees are outlined transparently following our initial review of your travel needs.
